Dear parents/guardians.

State law requires students in all grades to be immunized against certain vaccine-preventable diseases. All students must submit the necessary up-to-date state immunization form.

Getting your child vaccinated not only protects your child's health, but also that of the community. 

WITHOUT the proper documentation of required vaccinations or a valid medical or conscientious exemption, students will not be allowed to attend school

NYC families can use myschools to apply to public schools from 3-K to high school. Get started by creating an account. Then explore your children's personalized school options and get guidance on the admissions process from start to finish.

High Schools:

The high school application for students entering high school in fall 2022 will open during the week of January 24, 2022. Families will be notified when the application opens.

The deadline for families to submit their high school application is the week of March 11, 2022.
